Lead Your Dream Dive Center – Individual or Couple Wanted!

Are you a passionate dive instructor ready to take your career to the next level? Do you dream of managing a dive center in one of the most stunning spots on Earth? Extra Divers Worldwide has an incredible opportunity for you!
We are taking over the southernmost dive center in Egypt at Lahami Bay Beach Resort, Berenice, starting March 2026—and we’re looking for a dynamic Dive Center Manager (or a management couple) to join our team from January 15, 2026, or by arrangement.

Who You Are

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an active (SSI) dive instructor
• You’ve logged at least 1,500 dives
• You have proven management experience at a dive center, ideally with experience in Egypt
• You speak fluent German & English (Italian is a plus)
• Loyal, honest, and reliable
• Independent, organized, and customer-focused
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Passionate about diving and creating unforgettable experiences
• Own professional diving equipment
• Experienced in equipment maintenance and repair
• Open to couples sharing operational and administrative responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the dive center, keeping everything running smoothly
• Ensure the highest quality and safety standards
• Welcome and care for our international guests
• Inspire and coordinate your team
• Conduct dives and SSI courses
• Oversee technical equipment, compressors, and boats
• Manage administrative tasks like accounting, payroll, bookings, and emails
