Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dive Professional to assist our current Dive Shop Manager, with the intention of learning the operation and eventually taking over full management of the Dive Department.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who values teamwork, simplicity, and life in a remote island environment. Someone who has the drive and ambition to assist us with implementing exiting new ideas and developments.

Requirements

• Minimum MSDT certification
• At least 10 years’ experience managing a dive shop
• Experience managing a dive shop within a dive resort is highly beneficial
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, humble approach
• Ability to work respectfully with our local dive team

Must be adaptable and comfortable living on a very remote island
