Description & General Overview:

Great opportunity. We are seeking an Assistant Resort Management Couple to join our busy team at our 3-star, 24-room hotel resort in Padangbai, northeast Bali.

Important:
The position being offered is to support and assist our current Resort Management Couple, with a longer-term vision of either replacing them or continuing to support them on a rotational working basis. Ensuring adequate cover across all departments of the resort at all times, sustaining a high level of quality and excellent customer service. Or to perhaps represent the business at an additional facility at a later date.

• We are a small hotel, dive centre, spa, restaurant and bar that has grown, in terms of revenue, substantially in the last two years, to the point where additional full-time support is needed and rotational managerial cover is looking like a sensible option.
• Involvement will be across all business areas, and a can-do attitude and enthusiastic nature are required.

Qualifications and Expectations:

• One of the two must be a PADI Instructor with some real-world experience
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, dive centre operations and some equipment maintenance is helpful
• Sales ability is a must
• We are looking for people who see potential and can turn an idea into reality, and convert a negative into a positive
• Administrative desk duties are highly involved.
• Being able to write a comprehensive, professional WhatsApp, Instagram, and email message is going to be vital
• One of the two must have a good understanding and willingness to immerse themselves in all social media channels and try their utmost to make it work for the business. Including posting, video creation
• Knowledge of diving theory and safety protocols
• Professional presence, good communication skills, friendly, flexible and willing to be part of the team
• Must be fluent in English (some Bahasa Indonesian is an obvious advantage, but not a deal breaker)
• Experience with a willingness to be involved in the hospitality business
• Available early September 2025
• Common sense required
