Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Cruise Director for their operations in Raja Ampat and beyond for 2025 / 2026.

 

You Are (Mandatory skills for the job):

•Fluent in English and have above basic Bahasa Indonesia Language Skills.
•PADI OWSI or higher with a minimum of 3 years experience at that level.
•Naturally gifted with outstanding customer service and crew management, and are happy to provide references.
•Friendly, approachable, and a problem solver with a great work ethic.
• Possesses good skills in Underwater Videography (action cams minimum, no editing required), and possesses a talent for Photography utilising DSLR / Mirrorless (all equipment provided by the business).
We offer:
•1-year contract, renewable upon performance reviews.
•1-year work & stay permit (KITAS & IMTA).

•Shared cabin accommodation & 3 meals per day.
