Job Description

Cruise Director position with Sokaraja Liveaboard Komodo for the 2026 season:

• Season & Location: Hiring for the 2026 season in Komodo National Park.
• Safety & Park Knowledge: Must commit to “Safety First” and possess excellent knowledge of Komodo Park rules, tides, currents, dive sites, and conditions.
• Technical Skills: Experienced in boat maintenance (wood, engines, daily issues) and dive equipment maintenance (including tank filling).
• Leadership & Attitude: Requires strong leadership and excellent guest relationship skills; must be open-minded, respectful, politically correct, and interact well with global guests (no ego people).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficient in Indonesian (essential for crew/local respect); Spanish is useful.
• Compensation: Includes a monthly salary, sailing allowance, health and employment insurance (Indonesia), full KITAS visa permit, and commission on dive courses.
