Position: PADI MSDT & EFR Instructor (Western)
Start: Flexible | Contract: 1-year minimum (with Work Permit)

Scuba Froggy — a long-established PADI 5-Star Dive Center with branches in Gili Trawangan, Senggigi, and Kuta Lombok — is looking for a passionate and experienced PADI MSDT & EFR Instructor to join our international crew.

✨ Who We’re Looking For

You are:

• 32+ years old, in good health and with strong professional work ethics
• Fluent in English + one additional language (Spanish, French, or German)
• A PADI MSDT & EFR-certified Instructor with at least 3 years of teaching experience
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude
• Comfortable with basic office/administrative tasks
• Presentable, confident, and able to deliver excellent service when working with high-end hotel partners
• Bonus skills: underwater photography, videography, or social media content skills 📸🎥

• Conduct PADI courses from beginner to pro (DSD–Rescue & specialties)
• Assist in daily branch operations & basic administration
