Job Opening: PADI Instructor / Snorkel Guide / Marine Specialist
Location: Koh Samui, Thailand
Job Description: The company is seeking a PADI Instructor with a strong background in marine biology or a related field. The role involves snorkel guiding, leading tours, conducting DSD programs, and guiding divers. The position is a long-term commitment of a minimum of 15 months due to work permit requirements. The ideal start date is the beginning of December.

Requirements:

• PADI Instructor in teaching status
• Background in Marine Sciences
• Own full set of diving equipment
• DAN or other health insurance
• Physically fit for day tours
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Attention to detail
• Snorkel guiding and tour leading experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Boat Days Depending on Bookings: Includes conducting briefings, teaching Discover Scuba Diving programs, guiding certified divers and snorkelers, assisting with tours, and liaising with managers .
• Marine Knowledge: Involves providing marine knowledge to guests, promoting safe diving practices, educating team members, launching conservation projects, and sharing information from Project AWARE .
• Customer Service: Focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional and fun attitude, enhancing the guest experience with marine knowledge, and upholding the company’s reputation .
• Teamwork: Covers contributing to day-to-day operations, supporting team members and guests, assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory, providing dive training, and demonstrating respectful behavior .
