About us:
We are a small family-run business located on the east coast of Tioman in the beautiful bay of Juara, in Malaysia. We are famous for our turtle nesting beaches, chameleons, and waterfalls. Being on the East Coast, the sunrise is beautiful here.

Juara is seen as the hidden underwater wonderland of Tioman Island; our untouched sites are something special to experience. Global Scuba Institute is a family-based dive centre. The dive shop was born from a passion and love of diving, the marine environment, and the need to raise awareness about the importance of the aquatic environment.

Our team is made up of a hand-picked group with a passion for high-quality teaching, safe diving practices, and marine education. We pride ourselves on fun, safe experiences. Our professionally trained staff offer guided fun dives, as well as SSI courses for beginner to professional levels.
