Job description:
Honu Dive, based at the 5-star Bellevue Resort in Panglao, is on the lookout for a multilingual SSI Instructor to join our growing, dynamic team. We’re seeking someone fluent in French, German, or Spanish (in addition to English) to better serve our international clientele and elevate our guest experience.

Your key responsibilities:
Teach SSI courses from beginner to advanced levels, with clarity and care—adjusting to the language needs of our guests Guide fun dives while maintaining a safe, relaxed, and professional atmosphere underwater and on the surface Represent Honu with a polished, friendly, and approachable presence throughout the dive center and resort Assist with daily logistics, including equipment care and basic dive center operations.

Help capture and showcase guest experiences—from surface smiles to reef scenes—by contributing casually to our social media content (just raw moments, not polished reels). We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of connecting across cultures. The ideal candidate blends teaching skills, personality, and a knack for storytelling—even better if they can share those stories in more than one language.

Honu Dive is a boutique dive operation inside The Bellevue Resort, a 5-star beachfront resort on Doljo Beach, Panglao. We offer diving, snorkelling, and SSI courses with an emphasis on marine respect, genuine connection, and small-group service. Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented. Enthusiastic about teaching and guiding, Comfortable in front of a camera or behind the lens (no editing needed, just authentic content!) Language confidence and cultural awareness
