We are hiring PADI Divemasters, OWSIs and Staff Instructor/Base Leader, for a one-year contract with opportunities to renew.

Role & Responsibilities

Divemaster

• Guide certified divers on fun dives
• Assist instructors with courses
• Support daily dive operations, gear handling, and logistics
• Take part in local sales and marketing drives
• Be an active part of conservation projects

OWSI

• Teach PADI courses from beginner to advanced
• Lead fun dives and deliver unforgettable customer experiences
• Support local marketing and community engagement
• Assist in conservation projects and beach clean-ups
• Work closely with the Staff Instructor and Course Director

  Staff Instructor

• Oversee day-to-day dive operations and base activities
• Lead and mentor DMs and OWSIs
• Assist with IDCs and instructor-level training
• Drive customer care, retail shop, and client servicing standards
• Take part in conservation activities and community events
