Hiring Now: PADI Certified Divemaster – Yacht-Based Scuba Excursion Leader

Are you passionate about the underwater world and ready to lead unforgettable dive experiences in the pristine waters of the Red Sea?
We’re looking for a PADI Certified Divemaster to join our yacht-based diving operation. You’ll be responsible for guiding recreational dives, maintaining dive gear, managing air systems, and ensuring our guests have a safe and memorable adventure beneath the surface.
What We’re Looking For:

• Active PADI Divemaster certification
• Hands-on experience leading recreational dives
• Certified Air Fill Operator (or equivalent experience with compressor systems)
• Solid understanding of dive safety, emergency procedures, and first aid
• Fluent in English (bonus: other languages)

What You’ll Do:

• Guide and manage daily scuba diving trips for guests on board
• Conduct professional dive briefings and ensure guest safety at all times
• Perform basic maintenance of diving equipment and monitor air fills
• Operate the onboard compressor and tank filling system
• Create a fun, safe, and inspiring underwater experience
