Dive Instructor & Activity Guide / Starting August–September 2026.

Job Opportunity – Dive & Activity Centre

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Dive & Activity Centre team, both on land and in the water.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the daily operations of the centre.

You’ll lead dives and snorkeling trips, teach PADI courses, guide kayak/SUP excursions, and assist with island visits, picnics, and other guest activities.
The role also includes boat handling, basic maintenance, and hosting guests in the evenings.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active PADI Instructor status
    Skipper License (minimum Powerboat Level 2)
    STCW certification
    At least 300 logged dives and 15+ students certified
    Valid First Aid / EFR

Additional skills such as photography, marine knowledge, boat maintenance, or language abilities are a plus.
Especially if you’ve worked in remote locations before.
