Scubaqua Dive Center is a personal, service-oriented dive center located on Sint Eustatius, a small island in the Dutch Caribbean. Diving in a protected marine park gives us healthy, flourishing reefs, as well as multiple historical dive sites and recently sunken wrecks.

Our dives are amazing, but most of our guests return for the extra mile and service we provide during their stay. From sharing dive stories on the boat to sharing a drink at our in-house bar, we like to have our guests leave as friends!

We are looking for all-round staff members who understand our guests expect a high level of service and professionalism. Of course, your responsibilities include guiding and teaching courses, but we are looking for the instructor who does it all. Captaining our boats, bartending after dives, and getting your hands dirty both in the shop and on the boat are all part of your duties.

The ideal candidate is an independent, hard worker with attention to detail. Even though our team works closely together, we need staff who see where the work is and get it done! Everyone is actively involved in all daily tasks. This way, every day is different, and it keeps the job fun and motivating.

Experience with boats, engines, equipment maintenance, compressors, or just being a general handyman is a big bonus for us!

As of October 1st, we are looking for PADI Instructors (couples welcome) to join our team. We offer an initial year contract, but are looking for people excited to stay long term, with a lot of our staff staying for 3 or more seasons.

• Requirements:
  EU or USA passport
  Certified PADI Instructor in active teaching status
  Valid driver’s license (manual)
• Strongly preferred:
  Dutch or USA passport
  Boat captain’s license and experience
  Handyman/woman who knows their way around engines/compressors/equipment maintenance
