Are you a passionate and experienced PADI Freediving & Scuba Diving Instructor looking for an exciting opportunity in one of the world’s most beautiful dive destinations? Join our team as we expand into the freediving market in Boracay!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified PADI Freediving & Scuba Diving Instructor to help develop and lead our new PADI Freediver program while also teaching PADI scuba diving courses. As the only freediving instructor in our team, you will play a key role in structuring, promoting, and growing our freediving activities.

When there are no freediving courses, you will be part of the team as a PADI OWSI Instructor, teaching scuba diving courses at various levels.

Responsibilities:
-Developed and led the PADI Freediver program.
-Conduct PADI Freediver, Advanced Freediver, and Master Freediver courses.
-Teach PADI scuba diving courses, including Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, and Nitrox.
-Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both freediving and scuba students.
-Follow all PADI standards and safety protocols for freediving and scuba diving.
-Conduct engaging briefings, debriefings, and workshops for students.
-Assist in marketing and promotions for the new freediving activities.
-Maintain equipment and uphold high facility standards.
-Foster a positive, inclusive, and educational atmosphere for all divers.

Qualifications:
-PADI Freediver Instructor Certification (required).
-PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) Certification (required).
-1 to 3 years of experience in the diving industry.
-Specializations in Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, and Nitrox (preferred).
-Fluent in English; French, German, or Russian proficiency is a plus.
-Excellent communication, teaching, and customer service skills.
-Strong commitment to safety and education.
