At Scuba Elite, we’re a small, personal dive shop focused on quality over quantity. No big groups, no rush. Just real diving, real teaching, and a team that cares about doing things right.

We’re looking for a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) to join us full time.

* Small groups for teaching and guiding (max 4 divers per instructor)
* Calm, structured dive days — no conveyor belt diving
* A mix of courses and guided dives
* Focus on safety, standards, and personal attention

What we’re looking for?

* Active PADI OWSI
* Strong teaching mindset (not just ticking boxes)
* Comfortable guiding certified divers as well
* Flexible and team-oriented
