How do I create an account and apply for scuba diving jobs?
1. Sign Up for Your Account
Visit Scuba Jobs Worldwide and click the “Sign Up” button to create your account. Enter your details, choose a password, and verify your email address.
2. Complete Your Professional Profile
Add your scuba certifications, experience, education, preferred locations, and availability. Upload your CV, certifications, and profile photo.
Important: You must complete at least 42% of your profile before job applications are unlocked. This ensures employers receive complete and professional applications.
3. Unlock Lifetime Career Access
Activate your account with a One-Time Payment to access unlimited scuba job applications worldwide.
4. Apply for Jobs
Once unlocked, you can apply directly through your Dashboard.
Why is my application stuck or looping?
If the “Apply” button loops or does not proceed, your profile is incomplete.
You must complete your core profile details (at least 42%), upload your CV, and ensure your account reaches the minimum required completion level.
Once the required profile data is saved, the application system unlocks automatically.
What are the file upload requirements?
CV and document uploads must be under 1MB to ensure fast processing and compatibility in remote locations.
PDF format is strongly recommended for best performance.

Is my profile permanent?
Lifetime Career Access is a one-time access purchases that provides an ongoing access to the platform without recurring subscription fees.
Your account remains active for the operational lifetime of the platform unless you request deletion or violate our Terms of Use.
To maintain platform quality, security, storage efficiency, and compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR data minimization principles, inactive accounts may be subject to content cleanup and archival policies.
Inactive Account Policy:
If an account remains inactive for an extended period, we may:
- Remove uploaded files and media including CVs, certifications, profile photos, attachments, and other stored documents
- Archive or hide inactive profiles from public visibility
- Remove outdated applications or inactive listing data
- Request confirmation before retaining certain personal data
Users may reactivate their account at any time by logging in or contacting support.
Lifetime access refers to continued access to the platform service itself and does not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded files, documents, or media.
Are there any hidden fees to apply for jobs?
No. Once your Lifetime Career Access is active and your profile is completed, you can apply for Unlimited Scuba Jobs with no hidden charges.
Why Is SJW Not Open-Access?
Open-access job boards often struggle with spam, outdated listings, fake applications, and unverified profiles. This reduces trust and creates unnecessary workload for dive centers trying to recruit qualified professionals.
Originally, Scuba Jobs Worldwide operated on a pay per job post model, followed later by yearly subscription access. Over time, we found that recurring payment systems still did not fully solve the core problem of platform quality and long-term reliability.
To address this, we moved to a Lifetime-Access-Model
with a One-Time-Payment.
This allows us to focus on what actually matters:
- Active spam prevention and platform security
- Continuous system upgrades and feature improvements
