Job Description

Sail Caribbean is a teen summer program focused on leadership through sailing, scuba diving, marine science, and adventure – and we’re now looking for enthusiastic PADI Dive Instructors for Summer 2026.

Season dates: May 28 or June 12 → August 6 or August 20

The diving: You’ll work alongside Sail Caribbean Divers, a 5-Star PADI IDC Resort and premier dive operator in the BVI. All diving is done on our own custom 46’ and 36’ Newton, and a custom 31’ Aventura catamaran. This is an awesome opportunity for new instructors to rack up OW & AOW certifications while gaining real-world experience.

What we provide:

• Work permits + fees covered
• Weekly salary based on certification & experience

The lifestyle: You’ll be living aboard a 45–50 ft sailing catamaran with two other staff and a group of 10-12 students, acting as a mate/dive instructor and helping mentor students through their sailing and diving experience.

Training: There’s a 10-day paid training period covering boat operations, docking, sailing, and safety. Perfect if you’re looking to build seatime and confidence on boats.
