The PADI Dive Resort & IDDA Dive Center

We are a small, family-run diving center with an attached diving and sports hotel with a long tradition.
Our dive center is located directly at the beautiful natural harbour of Porto Colom, approx. 60 km from Palma de Mallorca.

We are looking for: Employees with at least “active status”
PADI Instructor (May – October 2026)

What you should offer us:
– good knowledge of German, English, preferably Spanish and/or French
– Class B driver’s license
– Valid diving medical examination
– Team spirit and fun diving
– good knowledge & skills in dealing with guests/customers
– High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
– be spontaneous, flexible, sociable and reliable
– sporty, friendly and well-groomed appearance
