FRONT DESK MANAGER
German-speaking position

Our dive center on Gozo is looking for a Front Desk Manager to join our professional yet relaxed, family-like team. We work with exceptionally friendly international guests and value a warm, positive attitude. If you enjoy working with people, you might be a perfect fit.

THE ROLE

  • Guest service (check-in / check-out, handling payments)
  • Sales of diving and beach equipment
  • Managing emails and phone communication
  • Preparing quotations and invoices
  • Maintaining basic documentation
  • Supporting instructors and guests in daily operations

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Fluent German
  • Good level of English
  • Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • EU citizenship or Maltese residency
