PADI Dive Instructor (or Couple) to join our dive family.

Salary:
15.00 $ – 25.00 $ / Hourly
Instructor Credentials:
EFR, Enriched Air
Language requirement:
English

Addition – **Must be able to work in the US legally without our sponsorship, No exceptions.**

We are a busy 5-star PADI IDC resort and SSI shop offering guided boat dives, all levels of dive courses, discover scuba experiences, guided snorkelling, and private dive and snorkelling charters.

We’re looking for an established, dependable, outgoing Instructor (possible couple) to join our dive family. (New instructors considered for the right person).
Ideally, someone who can work independently but also loves being part of the team and can contribute where needed, whether it be filling tanks, teaching, giving DSDs a fantastic/safe experience, or guiding beginning snorkelers and taking an occasional day in the retail shop. We do it all, and we all contribute to our 5-star review rating.

Paid weekly based on hours plus incentive pay (weekly and quarterly)

9-month commitment, May 2026 – Feb 2027 – starting date negotiable, longer stay always a plus!

**Must be a US citizen or duel citizen – NO EXCEPTIONS**
(Our crew are all instructors, but if you’re a DM intending to become an instructor, we have an IDC/IE in June.
We may be able to work out discounts and/or a payment plan on tuition for the right applicant.)
