LIVEABOARD | BALI | KOMODO
At EcoProDivers, we’re looking for dedicated Operations Manager for our 8 guest vessel Duyung Baru to join our team
As a leading company in scuba diving and snorkeling liveaboard trips in the Maldives and Indonesia, we value professionalism and a passion for the sea

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily liveaboard operations
  • Ensure smooth trips & high service standards
  • Oversee maintenance & logistics
  • Control costs & optimize efficiency
  • Lead and support crew performance

What we ask you to bring:

  • min. 2 years experience as a CD in Indonesia
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on mentality with a “get things done” attitude
  • Experience in logistics, maintenance, or technical operations
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage multicultural teams
  • Good cost awareness and basic budgeting skills
  • Languages English and basic Bahasa
