The Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated and experienced SSI Freediving Instructor or Trainer to join us in building and developing a high-quality freediving center. This role goes beyond standard instruction—it’s an opportunity to shape a freediving operation from the ground up, with the possibility to co-develop, manage, or invest in the project. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver SSI freediving courses (Basic to Advanced, Specialty, Instructor level if applicable)
• Ensure high safety standards and professional teaching quality
• Participate in the development of training programs and experiences
• Assist in setting up and organizing the freediving facility
• Contribute to marketing (social media, content, client engagement)
• Help build a strong freediving community and brand presence

About us:
Our operation is an established ocean activity company based in North Bali, operating snorkeling trips to Menjangan Island and expanding into freediving and blackwater diving. We are currently developing a dedicated freediving facility in a prime, quiet location with exceptional access to deep water and marine biodiversity.

Job responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced SSI Freediving Instructor or Trainer to join us in building and developing a high-quality freediving center. This role goes beyond standard instruction—it’s an opportunity to shape a freediving operation from the ground up, with the possibility to co-develop, manage, or invest in the project.

• Certified SSI Freediving Instructor (Trainer is a strong plus) or another agency. (Molchanovs/Aida)
• Proven teaching experience
• Strong safety mindset and professionalism
• Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
• Good communication skills (English required, French or other languages a plus)
• Willingness to live and work in North Bali

Preferred Qualities
• Experience in setting up or managing a dive/freedive center
• Marketing or content creation skills
• Passion for ocean conservation and community building
