Experience:
1-3 Years
Instructor Credentials:
EFR, Enriched Air,  Deep Diver, OWSI
Language requirement:
English

We are seeking a qualified PADI Scuba Diving Instructor (Assistant Dive Center Manager)
with a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role within a five-star resort environment in the Maldives.

  • The ideal candidate should be flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player who values collaboration and contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Proven experience in delivering high service standards, excellent guest engagement, and the ability to operate efficiently within a resort setting are essential.
  • The candidate must be fluent in English, and proficiency in an additional language will be considered an advantage.
