Job Description

Emperor Divers is seeking a Liveaboard Consultant to support our international guests, with a focus on the Americas time zone while also overlapping with late afternoons and evenings in Europe.

This is a remote position, ideally based in Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, or neighbouring locations. The role is perfect for someone with experience in travel, hospitality, or diving who is ready to deliver excellent guest service across time zones.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong numerical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and use initiative to solve problems.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Additional languages such as Spanish or German.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or diving industry.
  • Familiarity with reservation management and CRM systems.
