WHAT YOU’LL DO

🐠 Teach a diverse range of PADI courses, from Discover Scuba to Divemaster.

🐠 Guide certified divers on unforgettable shore and boat dives, focusing on marine biology and local ecology.

🐠 Contribute to daily dive shop operations and potentially join our boat crew.

🐠 Take part in our frequent night dives, exploring Maui’s incredible nocturnal wonders!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

✅  Must be legally authorised to work in the US.

✅ PADI Scuba Instructor with experience teaching from Discover Scuba to Divemaster, OR an ocean studies degree with relevant industry experience (new instructors with strong science backgrounds will be considered).

✅ Proven experience guiding certified divers in various conditions (shore and/or boat).

✅ Well-versed in marine biology and local ecology (be prepared for a short conversation on Hawaiian reefs during your interview!).

✅ Valid Driver’s License & your own reliable vehicle for shore dives.
