PADI Instructor

Job Description

We are a personal and service orientated dive center located in St. Eustatius, Dutch Caribbean. We are looking for multiple enthusiastic PADI Instructors/Divemasters for our next season.

The appropriate candidate will have:

• experience crewing boats, leading dives (7:1 max) and teaching small classes.
• We are looking for someone who understands our guests want the best of diving and service.
• Your main tasks are guiding and teaching divers, but in our dive center we -as a team- have to get the ‘job done’. Meaning you will be involved in every aspect you can think of in the daily tasks and should not be afraid of getting your hands dirty.
• We load our own tanks, crew our own boats, take care of the customers’ equipment, and do all the little things that make a good dive trip great.
• We need you to see the work that needs to be done independently.
• Per September 1st 2025, we are looking for instructors/divemasters with a Dutch or USA passport.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, French and German a pre.
• In addition, you must have PADI teaching status and a valid drivers license (manual).
• Boat captain license and experience is a big plus.
• The initial contract is for 1 year (2 month’s probation period) with the intention to extent.
• Candidates with the intention for long term, 2 – 3 years will have our preference.
