Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) to join our dynamic team. You will deliver high-quality training, guide recreational dives, and help create lifelong memories for our students and guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and Discover Scuba Diving programs.
• Teach and supervise students in a safe, professional, and fun environment.
• Lead guided dives (shore and boat trips) for certified divers.
• Support dive center operations, including equipment setup, briefings, and customer care.
• Promote dive courses, Specialities, and gear to students and guests.

Requirements

• Minimum PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) certification.
• Active teaching status with PADI.
• Previous experience in teaching and guiding (preferred in the Middle East/UAE).
• Professional, safety-minded, and customer-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Chinese are a big plus).
