Hiring Instructor Couples and Singles.

This is a rare opportunity to live and work in one of the world’s most stunning island destinations, the Maldives, with one
of the country’s most established dive operators. As part of the Prodivers team, you’ll be
responsible for delivering top-quality dive and snorkel experiences and teaching a wide range of
PADI courses for guests from around the world.

Who We’re Looking For:
∙Outgoing, friendly, and fluent in English (German or Russian is an advantage)
∙Confident in planning and guiding boat dives and snorkel trips
∙Experienced in teaching PADI courses from DSD to Specialities
∙Comfortable supporting the daily operations of a busy dive and retail center
∙ Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented, with basic admin skills
∙Strong team players with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
∙Willing to commit to a minimum one-year contract (extendable)

Minimum Requirements: 
∙PADI OWSI (or higher) in active teaching status
∙At least 6 months of guiding and teaching experience
∙Valid dive accident and liability insurance (DAN or equivalent)
∙Comfortable conducting up to 3 dives per day
∙Certified Nitrox and DPV Speciality Instructors (or willing to obtain)
∙Fully committed to safety protocols and exceptional guest service standards
