We are a small but busy dive center based in Amed on the east coast of Bali. Enjoying some of the richest biodiversity in an area which is still largely uncommercialized. Primary duties are teaching, mostly Open Water, Advanced, and Intro’s. Occasional Rescue, Specialties, and DM courses.

You are rarely required to guide. Some late shifts each week to help cover the shop in the evenings for sales and inquiries. The majority of the training is through SSI but also some PADI. We prefer if you have both, but SSI is the priority. Crossovers to SSI can easily be arranged.

The quality of the training we provide is very important to us; our reputation is built upon this. We don’t just issue certificates; we actually teach people. All you need to do is make the effort to share your knowledge while ensuring your students enjoy the experience. If you think your student should be a scuba diver rather than an Open Water Diver we support you and help find solutions.

The ideal candidate would already have solid experience as an instructor, capable of running a Rescue course without needing excessive preparation time. Also open to less experienced instructors with the right attitude. The most important quality is to be able to feel the needs of your students and tailor the training to each individual.

As an instructor you are always learning, so we prefer that all applicants are also open to further guidance. The primary language is English, which must be spoken clearly and be easily understandable. We have a fully international market, so additional languages are a plus, especially French.

Basic salary + commission, work permits, everything official.
