We are seeking a dynamic and motivated couple, one as a Photo Pro to lead our photo department,
alongside an Instructor / Dive Guide to join our team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Essential Skills & Experience
  Excellent command of English (additional languages highly regarded, particularly German, Italian, French, Spanish, and/or Indonesian)
  Active PADI Instructors with a minimum of five years’ experience
  Experience in comparable high-end resort environments
  Ability to thrive as part of a large dive team in a remote location
  Fully insured, with your own complete set of dive equipment
  Guest-focused mindset with an outgoing, engaging personality

• Essential Skills for the Photo Pro Position:
  Underwater photography and videography expertise
  Able to deliver high-end, personalised courses and photoshoots
  A full set of professional camera equipment
  Strong IT proficiency along with photo editing expertise

• Highly Desirable Attributes:
  Previous work experience in Indonesia
  Experience living and working in remote locations
  Technical diving, cave diving, and/or rebreather certification
  Equipment servicing skills and working knowledge of compressors
  Cylinder maintenance and testing experience
