With over 25 years of experience, three dive centers, a liveaboard, and two beautiful resorts, we are proud to be the island’s leading dive operation – and now we’re looking for the right couple to help us continue to grow.

We are searching for an enthusiastic management couple to take on the exciting challenge of running the day-to-day operations of our dive shop, organizing divers, and coordinating with our dynamic international team. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment.

Requirements
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Must speak multiple languages (preference given to German, Spanish, and Italian)
• A passion for diving, travel, and island life
• Management or dive industry experience preferred
