Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and multilingual Dive Base Leader to manage the daily operations of our dive center. This leadership role requires excellent organizational, customer service, and team management skills, with a strong emphasis on safety, service quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dive center including staff scheduling, guest bookings, equipment maintenance, and dive planning
• Manage and mentor a multicultural team of dive instructors and support staff
• Ensure all activities comply with international diving safety standards and environmental best practices
• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure memorable underwater experiences
• Act as the primary point of contact for resort management and guests regarding diving operations
• Handle inventory management, reporting.

Conduct briefings, dive courses (PADI), and guided dives as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum PADI Instructor (or equivalent) certification
• Proven experience (3+ years) managing dive operations, preferably in a resort or remote location
• Fluent in English and at least one other language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Sound knowledge of dive equipment maintenance
• First Aid/CPR and Oxygen Provider certifications
• Passionate about marine conservation and sustainable tourism
