Base Leader in Maldives

Job Description

We have positions available as Base Leader in a Maldivian local island Dive Center.

Minimum Required Qualification:
Insured PADI Instructor MSDT with previous experience in Management, as well as teaching Courses, leading dives, selling Courses, administration, and dive center retail sales.

English, Spanish, and Italian are the languages requested.

Minimum commitment:
One-year contract, but better, a two-year commitment offering many advantages and Management position, subject to job performance, attitude, and capabilities proven on the job.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
✓ Selling tours, charters, courses, and products to customers in the Dive Center.
✓ Performing daily administration tasks: emails, phone inquiries, daily sales records, QuickBooks, credit card forms, equipment requirement forms, reservations, etc.
✓ Preparing all paperwork for the dive before the arrival of guests at the location.
✓ Welcoming guests, giving information to guests, and soliciting guests to dive or go on tours.
✓ Supervising and directing Dive Staff.
✓ Scheduling of Staff, tours, classes, and charters.
✓ Purchasing retail products for the Dive Center and boutique.
