DIVE INSTRUCTOR / MARINE BIOLOGIST (FEMALE)

We are seeking an experienced Dive Instructor / Marine Biologist who shares our dedication to excellence and a passion for crafting memorable guest experiences. As part of a diverse and dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, award-winning service to our valued guests.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading PADI courses at all levels with a professional, friendly approach, ensuring full compliance with PADI standards and regulations
  • Guiding divers and snorkelers of varying skill levels to local dive sites
  • Managing the dive reception, handling guest reservations, diver registrations, and issuing dive equipment
  • Ensuring all gear is prepared for students and divers before guest arrivals
  • Providing and facilitating for the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials, dive and water sports equipment
  • Assisting in other activities organized and operated by the Dive and Water Sports Centre
  • Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

  • Proficient in English, additional languages (French, German or Spanish) are a plus
  • PADI Dive Instructor or higher teaching status required
  • Qualified Marine Biologist. (min. BSc), any experience in coral nurseries
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dive professional
  • Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable
  • Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus
