Job Description
IMMEDIATE HIRE!

We are seeking an energetic and qualified OWSI (Open Water Scuba Instructor) to join our dynamic team at our renowned diving center in the Maldives.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting scuba diving courses and certifications for guests of various skill levels.
Guiding divers underwater, ensuring their safety and providing an exceptional diving experience.
Maintaining dive equipment and assisting with dive operations.
Offering expert advice and assistance to divers, ensuring they have a memorable and safe diving experience.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in English, Russian or Italian.
Must hold a valid OWSI certification.
Passion for diving and teaching in a professional and friendly environment.
Ability to guide divers underwater safely and confidently.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Between $900 per month, depending on experience.
Additional Income: Service charges and course commissions as per hotel policy.
Accommodation: Provided in staff housing.
Meals: Three meals per day from the staff cafeteria.
Uniforms: 3 sets of uniforms will be provided by the hotel.

Tickets, Work Permit Fees, VISA Stamping, and Basic Health Insurance will be covered by the hotel.
