Italian PADI Instructor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor to join our team in the South Ari Atoll, Maldives.

We operate on two luxury resort islands, located in one of the most renowned areas in the Maldives for manta rays, sharks, rich marine life and occasional whale shark encounters.
We offer EXCEPTIONAL diving in a professional and well-organized resort environment.

Our team is composed of Technical Instructors and Marine Biologists.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate dive professional who is motivated to grow within a dynamic company, with the possibility to progress toward Assistant Base Leader and eventually Base Leader roles.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (active status)
• Languages required: Italian and English (German is a strong plus but not mandatory)
• Immediate availability
• Strong focus on safety, professionalism and customer care
• Positive attitude and Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a resort environment with international guests moostly Italian and German)
• Additional certifications (EANx, Sidemount, DPV, Technical Diving) are a plus but not mandatory.
