Marine Biologist – Dive Instructor / Dive Guide.

Location: Maldives (Local Island & Liveaboard Rotations)

Majority of the time will be spent on a local island, with occasional rotations between a liveaboard and the local island.

We are seeking a Dive Instructor / Dive Guide to join our dynamic dive operations across local island and liveaboard in the Maldives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead guided dives and underwater excursions safely and professionally.
• Conduct dive briefings and ensure guest safety at all times.
• Provide marine life briefings and educational talks to guests.
• Assist with dive instruction and certifications when required.
• Support equipment maintenance and inventory management.
• Deliver high-quality guest service and address inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate closely with the crew to enhance guest experiences.
• Perform other ad hoc operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Certified Dive Instructor or Dive Guide (PADI, SSI, or equivalent).
• Background or qualification in Marine Biology.
• Previous diving experience, preferably in a liveaboard / resort or Hotel settings.
• Fluent in English (Mandatory). Additional languages are highly desirable and preferred.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
• Passion for marine conservation and education.
