🌊 Join Our Team at Pescador Diving Center – Moalboal, Cebu! 🌴
We’re looking for a motivated and responsible Divemaster to join our crew!
If you love guiding divers, ensuring safety, and spending your days in the water, this could be your next adventure.

🐠 Position: Divemaster
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 day off per week)
👉 Occasionally until 7:00 PM for night dives

Salary & Compensation:
Basic Salary: ₱15,000/month

Guide Fee:
Fun Dive – ₱300 per dive
Try Scuba Diving (DSD) – ₱400 per person
Accommodation not included.

⚓ Responsibilities
Guide certified divers during fun dives
Lead Discover Scuba Diving experiences under instructor supervision
Assist instructors during courses
Conduct dive briefings and ensure safety at all times
Maintain and prepare diving equipment
Support daily dive center operations and logistics
Keep boats and equipment ready for scheduled dives
Represent the center professionally with guests and team members

🤿 Requirements
Certified Divemaster (or equivalent) with active status
Valid First Aid / EFR certification
Excellent buoyancy control and strong diving skills
Friendly personality and customer-first attitude
Team player with good English communication
