As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers in our various tribes.

We are looking for a passionate candidate who:
– Has a BSc/MSc in Marine Sciences (Marine Biology, Environmental Science)
– Has experience in marine conservation, research & reef propagation
– Ability to design & conduct marine research projects
– Proficient in English – A confident swimmer who is physically active and able to work in the field

Ocean Warriors was conceived in 2010 as an Ideal, a Dream, a Mission, to inspire a new generation to become advocates for the ocean, to take the lead in protecting our Ocean Planet – to be aware, informed, and empowered to act. The Ocean Warriors Institute is a place of teaching and learning dedicated to developing professionals of the highest standards in areas related to the ocean and marine environment, focusing on the marine sciences, conservation studies, diving, watersports, swimming, surfing, fishing, lifeguard, and first-aid training.

Our Mission is to reconnect the youth of today with the sea, their heritage – to develop environmental awareness and encourage the pursuit of studies beyond the confines of the traditional classroom. As our Motto states, everything we do is about Inspiring a New Generation of Ocean Warriors. We are passionate about ocean conservancy and believe it is the responsibility of every single person to participate in looking after our blue planet. The operation is 100% locally owned, staffed by exceptional, passionate Maldivian dive professionals dedicated to protecting our home through advocacy and raising awareness on the global stage!
