Job Description

We are a 5-star resort located in South Male Atoll, Maldives. Since 2009, the resort has welcomed a variety of international clientele to experience the beauty of the Indian Ocean and the surrounding Maldivian islands. Located just 30-minutes from Male by speedboat, it is a popular destination for those seeking both adventure and relaxation.

We are seeking a multilingual instructor to join our team in the Dive, Watersports, and Excursions operation. The ideal candidate would possess the following:

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Russian or Mandarin is a plus)
• Prior experience in Maldives or another 5-star resort
• PADI MSDT with at least 1-3 years experience in the industry
• Valid personal dive accident and professional liability insurance
• Admin capabilities including fluency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to conduct snorkeling and cruising excursions in addition to dive activities
• Prior experience in watersport activities is a plus
• Flexible and easily adaptable team-player

For the successful candidate, we offer:

• Fixed 1-year contract with valid work permit and possibility to renew
