We are a shop at the forefront of conservation in the Keys. Between our monthly dive against debris, weekly coral outplants, and numerous conservation events throughout the year, we are seeking instructors who share a passion for teaching and a commitment to enhancing the health of our ocean.  A marine science or conservation background is a definite plus.

Although you will work hard, you will be paid well.  We have a long history of treating our staff like true professionals.  Additionally, you will be involved in all aspects of running a dive operation, including daily morning/afternoon boat trips, gear maintenance, compressor operations, and booking reservations.

Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid US work visa.
