Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to live and work in one of the world’s most stunning island destinations with one of the Maldives’ most established dive operators. As part of the Prodivers team, the successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality dive and snorkel experiences, conducting PADI courses, assisting with daily operations, and contributing to a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, friendly, and fluent in English (German or Russian is an advantage)
  Comfortable planning and guiding daily boat dives and snorkel excursions
  Experienced in teaching PADI courses from DSD to Specialty (Divemaster courses are not very common here)
  Able to work behind the scenes in a fast-paced dive center and retail setting
  Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented; proficient in basic administrative tasks
  Team players with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  Prepared to commit to a minimum one-year contract, with the possibility of extension

Minimum Requirements:

• Active status PADI OWSI or higher
  Minimum six months of teaching and guiding experience
  Valid dive accident and liability insurance (DAN or equivalent)
  Comfortable conducting up to three dives per day
  Certified Nitrox and DPV Specialty Instructors, or willing to obtain certification
  Strong commitment to safety protocols and guest service standards
