German-speaking PADI Instructor for  Dive Center in the Maldives.

Filitheyo Dive Center, which is located at the well-known Filitheyo Island Resort, is looking for a motivated PADI Instructor to join our team.

We are located ~120km away from Male, and it takes about 35 minutes by seaplane to reach the resort.

Located in the unspoiled Faafu Atoll (no other tourist island around), Filitheyo is near exquisite dive sites, and the resort is famous for its pristine, well-maintained house reef, rich with marine life like rays, sharks, turtles, and diverse reef fish.

We’re seeking a people-oriented instructor with a genuine passion for teaching scuba diving and promoting high standards of diver education. A positive attitude, strong teamwork, initiative, and reliability are essential.

Start Date: July 2026

• Languages:
  Teaching courses in German & English is required.
  A big plus if you can teach in an additional language.

• Requirements:
  Minimum PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) rating
  Full set of personal dive equipment
  Valid professional dive insurance
  Prior experience in the Maldives is a plus, but it’s not a must
  Flexible and easily adaptable team-player

• What We Offer:
  1-year contract, coming with a valid work permit and visa
  Flight ticket allowance at successful completion of the contract
  Single accommodation
  All meals in the guest restaurant
  Competitive monthly salary plus resort service charge + commission
  30 days of annual leave and weekly off days
