PADI Instructor for Seychelles wanted NOW!

Big Blue Divers, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional PADI Instructor
to join our team on the beautiful island of Mahé, Seychelles.

About Us
Established in 1997, Big Blue Divers is a highly respected PADI 5* IDC Dive Center. We offer daily diving, PADI training, and snorkeling excursions throughout the year and are passionate about providing safe, professional, and memorable experiences while showcasing the incredible marine life of Seychelles.

Position
PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (or higher)

Start Date: July 2026

We are looking for a motivated and professional instructor who is available to join our team from July 2026.

• Requirements
  Current teaching status as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (or higher)
  Valid diving medical certificate
  Fluent German and English
  Additional language skills such as French, Italian, Spanish, or other languages are highly desirable
  Experience teaching a range of PADI courses from beginner to advanced, and specialty levels
  Excellent customer service and communication skills
  Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Responsibilities
  Conduct PADI courses and continuing education programs
  Guide certified divers on daily dive excursions
  Deliver exceptional customer service to our international clientele
  Assist with day-to-day dive centre operations
  Maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism
  Promote environmental awareness and marine conservation
