Bali / Nusa Penida – Immediate Start
We are looking for a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) to join our team in Bali (Nusa Penida).
This is a full-time, 1-year contract position, starting in March (flexible within the month).

About the role

• Deliver courses and guiding in line with PADI standards
• Act as a bridge for Mandarin-speaking guests
• Be fully integrated into the dive center’s daily operations

Important:
This is a team-based operation. No independent guest handling or parallel client structures are allowed.

Who we’re looking for

• PADI OWSI (active status)
• Mandarin speaking is highly preferred
• Positive attitude & strong team mindset
• Professional and reliable
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Experience is not essential — attitude and professionalism matter most.
• Open to all genders

Bonus (not required):
Sidemount Instructor

Working conditions

• 6 days per week
• Working hours: approx. 07:30 – 17:00 (depending on tides & schedule)
• 1-hour lunch break
• Lunch provided

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: IDR 10,000,000 / month
• Commissions on courses & guiding
• 1 day off per week
• 1 week paid vacation per year
• KITAS & work permit fully sponsored
