About Dive Shop Cambodia:

Dive Shop Cambodia is a PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Center located directly in the center of the beautiful Koh Rong Sanloem island.

We offer daily fun dives and PADI courses from Open Water to Instructor level and showcase some of Cambodia’s best marine life—including vibrant soft corals, nudibranchs, bamboo sharks, seahorses, rays, octopuses, cuttlefish, and more.

Our dive sites are close by, with healthy reefs and exciting macro diving opportunities. We operate year-round, with the prime diving season from late October to June.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide fun dives for certified divers
• Teach PADI courses (Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Specialties, and potentially Divemaster)
• Ensure the highest safety standards and customer satisfaction
• Assist with equipment maintenance and dive shop operations
• Promote courses, equipment, and additional dives to guests
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and fun team atmosphere on the island

Requirements:

• Valid PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or higher
• Current diving medical clearance
• Strong English communication skills
• Additional languages are a plus (especially French)
• Reliable, positive attitude, and ability to work in a small team in a remote tropical setting
