Bilingual French-English dive Instructor Wanted! 3W Dive center Gili Air island Indonesia.
NEW INSTRUCTOR with no experience are welcome as we will put the time and energy to help you develop…
We are a friendly and passionate tribe of divers who love the ocean and care about marine ecology.
We are looking for a new instructor who can join us and share our values and vision.

To be eligible for this position, you need to:
– Be fluent in English and French, and able to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
– Be customer-oriented and able to provide excellent service and guidance to our guests
– Have a minimum knowledge of marine ecology and scuba diving courses standards, and be willing to learn more and improve your skills.
– Have a positive energy and enthusiasm for diving and teaching, and be able to inspire others.
– Be a team player, hard working, consistent, customer service oriented and able to handle challenging situations if necessary.

– The opportunity to develop and grow as scuba diving instructor. We take pride in supporting and helping our instructor to develop (we will adapt and take things slowly based on your skills level and comfort). Also we are open to VERY long term position…

– A one year commitment contract on commission based salary (commissions on sales, bookings and courses), with the possibility of increasing your income if you have other talents such as marine eco science.
– A work permit, with terms that will be discussed depending on your experience and qualifications.
– A dive center located on the beach with 2 boats, with dive sites that are 5-20 minutes away by boat, and scuba courses from Basic diver to Divemaster + marine eco programs.

PADI instructors are welcome to become an SSI Instructor with our in-house Course Director, Sebastien.
