As the Dive Center Manager at our Island Resort (Buka Buka Island, Central Sulawesi), you will lead the diving department and be directly responsible for both delivering high-quality dive instruction and managing the day-to-day operations of the dive center.

This includes organising and teaching SSI courses, supervising fun dives, managing staff schedules, ensuring equipment maintenance, overseeing customer service, and upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in remote settings and is excited to build a private dive operation in one of Indonesia’s most beautiful underwater regions. We are only interested in profiles of people who could work every year and who are ideally already in Indonesia.

Speaking Bahasa isn’t mandatory but is highly recommended.

Job responsibilities:
✔ Certified SSI Instructor
✔ Experience in teaching and guiding dives
✔ Good level of English (French, Indonesian or other languages are a plus)
✔ Enthusiastic, independent, and environmentally conscious
✔ Comfortable with remote island life
