Dive Center Manager, Siargao, Philippines.

Our well-established CENTER, located in Siargao Island, Philippines,
is looking for a new manager to run and develop all water activities.

This is a great challenge for a motivated and experienced manager:
To run a dive center on Siargao Island.

Profile:
professional, motivated, organized, flexible, dynamic attitude; have good computer/communication/social media skills and a strong sense of interpersonal relationships.

In charge of all dive center activities:
scuba diving, free diving, snorkeling, island hoping…

Responsibilities:

• Schedule all activities with the Assistant Manager (Dive Boss)
• Ensure that all guests have the best and safest possible experience during any water-related activities
• Order and receive diving and watersports equipment, and merchandising
• Monitor fuel/oil of boats.
• Keep updated of changing PADI standards
• Coach, train, hire staff and pay salaries
• Develop all activities (social media, events, TO, communication…)
• Supervise accounting and numbers
• Supervise maintenance and reparation diving gears, compressor, diving boats…

Better if you:

• Are also Freediving Instructor or Certified Freediver
• Love surfing
• Have previous working experience in Philippines
• Have boat skills (driving and/or mechanic), compressor skills
