The Role
We aren’t just looking for an instructor; we’re looking for a brand ambassador. You will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring our guests have a world-class experience from the moment they walk into the shop to the moment they exit the water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Lead and inspire students across various PADI course levels.
  Guiding: Provide professional, safe, and engaging dive guiding for our local sites.
  Retail Excellence: Drive sales on the floor by sharing your gear expertise with customers.
  Service & Safety: Manage tank fills, perform visual inspections (VIPs), and maintain equipment standards.
  Strategic Input: Contribute to shop growth and operational decisions as a core member of our small team.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: PADI Instructor (or higher) in good standing.
  Professionalism: Exceptional social skills and a “guest-first” mentality.
  Work Status: Must be legally authorised to work in the U.S.
  Reliability: We maintain a strictly drug-free environment to ensure team and diver safety.
  Passion: A genuine love for the ocean and the diving community.
